This is a professional development scheme aimed at graduates or practising artists, passionate about using their art form to work with children and young people but with little experience. It is fully funded and is made up of 3 core elements; training, observation and practical work. We are looking for emerging artists (mentees), from all art forms. We are also looking for highly experienced artists/creative practitioners to join our pool of mentors.

The Big Link-Up aims to connect children and young people, cultural practitioners, teachers and policy-makers to celebrate and debate cultural learning. 1st – 5th November is a celebration of the richness and strength of cultural learning that happens across England and a nationwide debate to discuss how the education and cultural sectors can work together to maintain and further this activity for children and young people.
