As part of our work to develop the creative industries within Northamptonshire, Creative Northants have commissioned research to assess how the creative industries in the county are performing in the current economic climate and to identify opportunities and barriers to development.
The aim of the research is to demonstrate the economic value and influence of the creative industries and the arts and cultural infrastructure in Northamptonshire. We wish to refresh the evidence base from which to measure, assess and demonstrate the impact of the creative economy.
As part of this research, we are asking every creative business in the county to complete a short online survey. We hope that you will be willing to participate to help to make the case for future support and investment for culture and creative industries. The survey takes about ten minutes to complete and there’s an opportunity to enter a prize draw at the end of it. To complete the survey please visit

Drew Wylie Ltd has been commissioned by Creative Northants to undertake this research, working with a Steering Group, which consists of: Morag Ballantyne and Helen Willmott of Creative Northants; Graham Callister from Northamptonshire County Council; J Devereux of Corby Borough Council; Neil Webb of Balance Ltd; Sally Bassett of Opun; and Martin Sutherland of the Royal & Derngate (and Arts Network).
